"Was not a long wait at all. The nurse had a great attitude and made you feel very comfortable. After the nurse the doctor came in. The doctor was very nice. Not stuck up at all. You could feel he cared more about his patients and not trying to do every test he could to fill his pockets. I walked out very happy."

What does the program include?
Initial visit ($120) covers a full medical evaluation plus baseline labs (CBC, CMP, A1C, Thyroid). Follow-up visits are $100. Semaglutide doses are priced by concentration and dispensed at your follow-up — your provider determines the right dose for you.
Is this the same as Ozempic / Wegovy?
Same class of medication (semaglutide / GLP-1). Available at TRS at a fraction of retail pharmacy cost, with provider oversight included.
How often are visits?
Monthly in the early phase as we titrate the dose, less frequently once you're stable.
How much does the medication cost?
Priced by dose concentration. Your provider will determine your starting dose and discuss pricing at your follow-up visit. Most patients begin at the lowest dose and escalate gradually over 4–16 weeks based on response.
Will my insurance cover this?
Coverage for GLP-1 weight loss medications varies widely by plan and indication. We'll help you navigate.
